Our Process

During the intake process, our matchmaking Team conducts in-person and/or virtual Client assessments, background checks, and in-depth interviews to ascertain the type of partner and relationship dynamic that you would be most compatible with in curating the desired outcome, inclusive of understanding your Love Language. We learn from your personal history; your preferences, deal-breakers, and how you define a healthy relationship; thus, this is our intimate phase.

During this phase, we develop a Success Analysis which outlines the Client’s specific search criteria. We will explore key personal, professional, and social indicators desired from a partner. The purpose of this phase is to truly define the scope of the search. 

The matchmaking Team conducts personal interviews to screen each potential match. Database Candidates undergo the same assessments as our Clients, and are only selected it they have maximum compatibility. This phase is also intended for us to evaluate factors such as personality, values, emotional availability, body language, and physical appearance that may be lost on an online dating experience. This screening process is customized for each Client and will include necessary inquiries relevant to the Client’s specific search criteria. Overall, we prioritize the quality of matches over the quantity of matches.

Once selected to pursue further, the Selection phase is the most exciting phase when matched individuals meet in person. A date provides an opportunity for each person to develop a comprehensive idea of chemistry, personality, gauge physical attraction, and lifestyle.

After the date, both the Client and Database Candidate confidentially consult with their matchmaking Team member during this phase. The Team member serves as an independent and objective third party. They encourage an open dialogue on how the date went and if they would like to proceed. This phase is especially helpful for both the Client and Database Candidate, as the Team member adds value in cultivating the right relationships and assisting in identifying red flags, if any. During this phase, both the Client and Database Candidate learn a lot about themselves and their future dating endeavors.
